I can see from another review in July that another customer experienced a very similar issue, which makes this even more disappointing.

I never received my order, yet Voduz customer service simply told me that An Post GPS had marked it as delivered. I explained that the parcel was never delivered to my address and there was no delivery slip left, as there normally would be if nobody was home.

Instead of taking responsibility or properly helping me locate my order, I was told to report it to the Gardaí if I believed it had been stolen. How is the customer expected to investigate a parcel that was never received in the first place?

At the end of the day, I am the one left out of pocket, without the product I paid for, and having to chase a missing delivery myself. I felt as though the problem was being pushed back onto me rather than Voduz taking responsibility for ensuring their customer actually received their order.

A really frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better customer service.. No refund, replacement, what a let down.

Top notch customer service. Responsive and fixed my problem without issue.

Had a faulty product , contacted voudz by email and dealt with Katie who sorted out a replacement as fast as she could

2 day delivery time is excellent. I was missing an item and Katie in Customer service sorted it quickly and was extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend Voduz and their products and service.

Have been ordering off voduz now for many years, love all their hair products. So ordered recently a new bundle ×2, it arrived promptly but 1 bottle was missing. Reached out to customer service and Katie was back onto me within half a hour and all sorted, missing bottle in the post.. Also got their new product 25 in 1, OMG what a product absolutely love it, Hair is so so shiny. Not one flyaway after blow drying and the smell is amazing... Just love how my hair feels after all voduz hair products 💕

Having had a scalp consultation with the lovely Molly in PELO, Newbridge, I ordered some products including the Re-energising bundle which included a shampoo and scalp serum. My order was dispatched and received very promptly but unfortunately the scalp serum was missing from the box. Within minutes of emailing I received a reply from Katie apologising for the error and straightaway I got a dispatch notification that the serum was already on its way to me. Excellent customer service so am looking forward to trying out the products. Have used the hair oil, defender and trend setting spray before and really like them all especially the hair oil. Well done Team Voduz!

My order was delivered really quickly however the box had been damaged and items were missing. Contacted customer services and they quickly responded and have sent me the missing items! Great service!

I had a problem with an order I placed and once I contacted Voduz they immediately sorted it out for me. Top marks for their customer service.

I must now own all of voduz products and alot of their tools as well, when I emailed queries regarding the use of the re energising trio they gave me step by step instructions,,,,,my hair is short fine and thinning and after completing the 8 week re energising programme I can see baby hairs appearing and my hair has never been better since using their products, I will only ever buy from voduz

I had a discount code but couldn't use it when I placed my order. I emailed customer services. Deborah replied within 30 minutes to confirm she had arranged for reimbursement of the discount I hadn't been able to claim. Thank you, Deborah - first class customer service!

This was my first experience ordering from Voduz, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I was dealing with an agent named 'Katie'.

My parcel was marked as "delivered to your safe place," but it had been left inside my wheelie bin without my knowledge. I have never given An Post, verbally or in writing, permission to use my bin as a safe place for deliveries.

No delivery card or notification was left to tell me where the parcel had been placed. Had I known it was in the bin, I would have retrieved it immediately. Instead, it was collected with the household waste and lost.

What has been even more disappointing than the delivery itself has been Voduz's handling of the issue. Rather than taking ownership or showing empathy, I felt like the responsibility was being shifted onto me for a decision made entirely by the delivery driver. Despite providing photographs and explaining the situation in full, I was left feeling as though I had to prove I wasn't at fault.

I understand that delivery issues can happen, but customer service is what defines a company when things go wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of poor communication, little understanding, and a complete lack of customer care.

I would think twice before ordering again based on how this issue has been handled.

i bought the voduz legacy straightners approx 3months ago. This product did not impress from the first try but i decided to give them a good go before making up my mind. Now some time from original purchase i give up! despite the heat adjustments these straightners never left my hair feeling straight and smooth. this product is not good and i do not recommend! unfortunately i have had to fork out more money for a new pair with another brand...a lesson learned to stick to reputable brands!

Just want to say the products are amazing ,,, luv the R”Oil the defender the care for it re energising ,,,, these are my favourites,,,, I’ve most of ur products so keep up the brillant and amazing work ,,, the smells are just divine ❤️❤️

Voduz products are amazing I use crown control all the time and the 3d flat brush Katie is customer service was great help to me regarding my brush snapping with in a few hours I had a reply and a replacement brush was sent out

Placed an order which arrived promptly- however had an item missing. Contacted voduz and error was corrected and item sent promptly. It’s not always about getting things right but how you are treated when things go wrong- great service

Excellent when my products arrived one was smashed,i emailed customer services and received a reply with an appology and a new one is bein̈g sent to me.very helpfull and a quick response would recomend there products
