Vodafone service is utterly hopeless
I have had Vodafone internet for about one year now and it is utterly hopeless. I don’t know how many times I have been on to the Vodafone helpline but all that happens is that I get frustrated and get annoyed. I have been promised credits on my account for the amount of disruption that I have had but they never were provided. All I can say is do not sign up with Vodafone even if you are desperate. They will downright lie to you with a second thought. As a home user I am completely irrelevant to Vodafone and all individual users fall into the same category. I have been way to busy to move my account and this weekend I finally have timer to do so. I will be dropping their equipment back in a black plastic bag once I move and they would be as well just throwing it directly into the bin when I return it.

I recently noticed my sim only contract…
I recently noticed my sim only contract was out of date due to my high phone bills. Very disappointed that I wasnt contacted by Vodafone to let me know, that my contract was ending. Called into Vodafone dundrum, and the issue was rectified by Abuzar Khan. He was extremely helpful and professional.
