Fantastic service and great deals
Went to wigan Vodafone to get new iPhone 13 for my daughter , spoke to new guy called matt , after going through options turns out better deal on iPhone 15 , daughter very happy and I upgraded my sim to better deal too. Fantastic service and great knowledge of phones and the deals. Thanks for everything great experience and fantastic customer service.

I bought a new phone and contract yesterday in the grand arcade at wigan
I was served by a very helpful polite and courteous young man named Matt who works part time there.
May I .just say that his manner to say nothing of his obvious knowledge and love of his job makes him a huge asset to this business and he deserves to go far with you.

Incredible warm welcome
Came in today for upgrade, Was greeted by young chap who introduced himself as Matt , well presented and professional. Listened to what I needed , offered support and then directed me to another staff member who he introduced as Tom. Tom took over and upgraded my account as I was out of contracted and on an old phone.
I was skeptic as I usually do things online. But the way I was greeted and treated at this store was incredible. I'll be back soon for my broadband. Thanks

Fantastic service and amazing staff
I came into the store looking for a new home broadband and a general mooch. I was approached very warmly by 'Matt' who took time to understand me and my needs before recommending anything. He was very educated and informative, taking his time to help me understand details with numbers, as I struggle with that aspect. It was a fantastic experience and I left with just what I needed. The whole store of Staff on the day were very helpful and polite and made for a very great experience! I would definitely recommend this store and will be back :)

I visited Vodafone Wigan today and did an upgrade and new home broadband I was helped by Justyna who was absolutely brilliant. She was very informative and patient. The manager Alex came over quite often to check if we were OK and offered to assist. Overall it was such an enjoyable experience that made me feel really valued as a customer. Tom served me today and I knew him from…
Tom served me today and I knew him from previous telephone sales. As always Tom was immensely helpful and polite and did all he could to provide me with a good plan which he did. I had already decided I wanted an iPhone 16 and he went through everything thoroughly with me. I had already been a Vodafone customer for over 3 years and I would not go to any other provider .

Wigan visit
Visited the Wigan Grand Arcade branch today. I was served by Tom who was amazing! He went through everything with me, he sorted out my new phone so everything was set up. He even showed me how to back up my photos and WhatsApp which I had never done or even knew how to do. Not to mention he answered the millions of questions I had about everything. He was so lovely. I was really impressed, he definitely new his stuff. A visit I was dreading was actually a really lovely experience. Well done Tom. I hope you're still at the Wigan branch when I come back for my next upgrade 😆 Gemma Bond
