John was very helpful and saved me money

i came into the wigan branch today to ask a few questions about my contract, i was served by justyna. she was amazing, served me with a huge smile on her face, answered all of my questions and helped me with everything i needed.

Went to Vodafone in Wigan Town centre today. Justyna is very helpful, kind and professional. Thank you

Called into vodafone wigan, just to hand back a internet box. Only two people serving, and both busy. Three other people waiting before me. Waited 10 mins and no one came across just to say. ' won't be long' a bit busy at present ' take a seat' nothing !!! I left and called back 20 mins later. The two reps where still with the same clients. The other three people waiting had gone!!. Very poor lack of communication and acknowledgment. '

I came into store today in wigan, I needed help with setting my original number up on my phone after getting a new contract an everything going wrong with past workers that helped me in this store, I was seen by Matt today who went above an beyond to help an set everything up correctly an quickly, thankyou so much for the help

Visit to wigan store today to sort out contract. had a warm greeting from Matt , sat me down and spoke about a better deal. Was going to leave vodafone but Matt showed me great deals on a new phone. He really connected and understood what I needed. Explained everything to me and made sure I understood bills and helped me transfer my data to my new phone. Took extra notes for me to help.me understand my first bill and device agreement. Spoke about space and had a great laugh. Much better than speaking on the phone , he made face to face customer service best experience ive ever received. He's a credit to vodafone, A1 service highly recommended.

3rd time ive been in this store this month already due to consistent issues. On the previous 2 occasions I left and was thoroughly unimpressed, however the 3rd time Justyna managed to help get everything sorted. She was professional and a delight, if not for Justyna I would have taken all my services 3 mobiles and my HBB to another provider. She is a testament to the company and the brand.

I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Vodafone’s assistant manager, Justyna, during a recent visit to the store. What should have been a straightforward and positive experience was marred by her unprofessional and discourteous behaviour.
My partner and I were being assisted by Abbie, who provided excellent service—she was patient, helpful, and attentive throughout. Unfortunately, her efforts were repeatedly undermined by Justyna, who interrupted on no fewer than four occasions to comment, in front of us and other customers, on how long the process was taking and on the way receipts were being uploaded. This behaviour not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere for us as customers but also gave the impression of micromanagement and a lack of confidence in her colleague. Such conduct is unprofessional and risks driving customers away.
Matters worsened when my partner, who was accompanying our 17-month-old child, was approached by Justyna in an abrupt and unsympathetic manner. She stated that our child was “setting off the alarm” -presumably one that is silent to customers and there was no alarm sounding, and instructed that they both “needed to sit down.” While I fully appreciate the need to avoid the alarm being triggered, the way this was communicated was unnecessarily blunt and entirely lacking in courtesy. Furthermore, it was an unreasonable demand to expect a toddler to sit still on command, and the manner in which this was handled caused unnecessary distress to our child, who subsequently became upset and disruptive. Prior to this, our daughter had been quietly walking with her father and had not disturbed other customers—in fact, many had responded warmly to her presence.
It should also be noted that my partner was unable to leave the store with our child, as we were in the process of completing a new contract. A degree of understanding and professionalism should therefore have been exercised. Unfortunately, Justyna demonstrated neither empathy nor tact in managing the situation.
In contrast, Abbie’s service was exemplary and a credit to Vodafone. Regrettably, this was overshadowed by the assistant manager’s poor attitude and handling of both her staff and customers.
In summary, Abbie deserves recognition for her professionalism and customer care. Justyna, however, should urgently reconsider her approach to leadership and customer interaction, as her current manner is not reflective of the standards expected from a manager representing Vodafone.

Was welcomed as soon as I entered the shop, explained to Matt that my contract was due to end in October and was looking for a new deal. Matt explained a promotion that was on, he went through everything with me and I signed for it,

Matt was very knowledgeable and understanding.
Made the transfer of phones effortless.i won’t hesitate to use Wigan Vodafone again

They helped me to save some money with my broadband and my SIM card plan
