Talking to someone who was customer focused - polite, patient and easy to talk to explaining about the new mobile phone we purchased.
I have been with Vodaphone since 2006 and have always had great service from them. Any problems I’ve encountered or anything I’ve been unsure of they have been of great support.

Came into Vodafone, and spoke to Reyanne, she was absolutely amazing. She made my whole process so easy and I haven’t had such an amazing experience before. She truly was amazing and id recommend her to everyone cause I have never come out of a shop feeling more secure and happier then today

Excellent service
Great to have access to the store and to see the advisors in store instead of over the phone is alot better for elderly like ourselves and the service the agent Andrew provided was excellent in the Vodafone Sunderland store.
