Natasha was really helpful. She installed a new sim into my new phone and made sure it was working.
She also pointed out that I could save money by going on to a new contract with Vodafone and set that up for me too.

Great customer service very pleased
Went in to ask about my broadband being down and told Reece I had been on the phone for 2 hrs , he added me some data and we chatted we eventually got talking about phones and I said I’d been with Vodafone since Around 1992 I ended up coming away with a new phone !!

Upgrading phone
I needed to get a new phone as my current one is around 7 years old. Chris at the Crystal Peaks branch was incredibly helpful, taking time to go through options with me and helping identify a suitable phone and new airtime package suiting my requirements. I met with a guy called Paul who was very polite and informative. I needed to change my tariff which he helped me with and got me a very good deal in no time. Overall, a very pleasant experience had a laugh to would definitely recommend..

I've been a Vodafone customer for years…
I've been a Vodafone customer for years theve been taking my money for mobile phone with no problem. I decided to upgrade my phone and all of a sudden because my phone was hacked they won't let me. I have to wait even though it was there fault. This is why they've been voted the worst mobile company in the world.
