Contract renewal
I called in store at crystal peaks shopping mall and spoke with a chap called Ross about my contract renewal, he took me through the different tariffs and then set me up. His knowledge of them all was great and he was very polite.

Instore Device Set-up Assistance
Ordered an upgrade phone online to collect in store. Wasn't sure how to set it up so asked if the store assistant (Ross) could help. No problem whatsoever, couldn't have been more helpful and at no stage did Ross make me feel silly for not being able to do the set-up myself. Very polite, efficient, friendly. A credit to the Vodafone company.

Walked in and Reece understood what we were looking for in a new phone immediately
Came up with quite a few choice and explained everything in detail
Worked hard to get us the best deal including discounts and trade-in price for our old phones

Help with a difficult problem
I had a difficult problem to sort out and the staff were magnificent. Reece did everything he could to help me and did it all with good humour and expertise. Really thorough.
You need more staff like those at Vodafone Crystal Peaks. Terrific! I will go back there when the time comes to buy a new phone. Many thanks - you’re brilliant.

Fabulous service and advice from Chris…
Fabulous service and advice from Chris at Crystal Peaks.
Only criticism is nothing to do with Chris! We were waiting over 30 mins before we were dealt with. Then our issue took almost an hour to resolve again no fault of Chris it was EE customer services making us wait for a PAC code. During this time there were other customers waiting to be seen.
An appointment system would be much better and possibly refreshments for waiting customers.
Again we were delighted with the package that Chris sorted out for us.
