My phone wasn't working properly and Sean checked it out and advised that I trade in my current phone and take a new one, he was able to use the value from my traded in device to get me a good deal on a Tablet! Couldn't be happier

Got great help from from a young man who I think was the store manager today. Unfortunately I've forgotten his name as I was in a rush but he was wonderful in helping me out with my elderly dad's phone. Professionalism and kindness much appreciated.
