Disaster customer service

This has 2 be worse phone shop in Ireland went in 2 get a bolt on for usa said cudnt do it with contract I was on, so downloaded an app which cost me £17 which wasn't compatible with my phone, but assured me my fone wud still work OK in usa, I'm now in usa and my phone won't work just depending on wifi wherever I go
