Great service
My wife and and I wanted an internet hub to use in our caravan,Emma in Norwich Chapelfields shop gave us really good advice
The hub we got has exceeded our expectations
Also the plan we got for our mobile phones is well priced.
Emma showed that she is pleasant and has good knowledge of the products and is a great ambassador for Vodafone.

Wi fi dongle connection problem
We visited the store today with an issue.
We were seen quickly and Josh solved the issue. He also took time to check that we understood the issue and showed us it working from shutting down and restarting! He was very patient and helpful. Thank you so much!

Brilliant customer service
Probably the best service I've ever had. Tayfun made everything really clear when it came to figures and worked hard to get the best deals. He had to speak to my daughters friend via the phone to get details as one of the phones was a surprise for her. Absolutely superb

Our assistant Tyler was great
Our assistant Tyler was great. He was knowledgeable and found us the product within our budget. He was friendly and happy to chat to pass the time during the transaction. It would have been extremely boring if it wasn’t for Tyler. I would have given 5 stars however the computer system Vodafone use is ridiculously slow and really needs looking at.

Exemplary Customer Service
Jacob, the member of staff who helped me did exactly what i requested and was looking for and did it in an efficient and timely manner.
He was very helpful and even tried to assist me with an issue on my device while helping me sort out a new phone.
