The service in the Jesmond area of Newcastle upon Tyne is absolutely disgusting only 13mbps whilst paying £31 a month for the stupid contract ridiculous get it sorted now I'm a vulnerable adult and I need good service in case something happens to me

Excellent customer service in store in Newcastle Eldon Sq to resolve a connectivity issue to my Apple Watch. Dan and Bernie were superb; they fixed the issue and explained what they were doing-thank you. Proven again that it is much easier to talk face to face.
