Josh has been amazing

Josh has been amazing, after being messed around and highly stressed by unhelpful Vodafone staff on the phone, in store Josh was helpful, knowledgeable and highly efficient. He sorted out an eSIM/physical sim drama in good time, whilst his laid back persona put us at ease. An asset to Vodafone and definitely an attitude that some of your other employees lack.
Thanks Josh, my son is very happy 😃

Angelo from Vodfone newbury has helped…

Angelo from Vodfone newbury has helped us so much. Struggling themselves with the take over of 3 but hes been able to help us make the decision to stay with Vodafone then moving else where. He is the only reason 6 contracts our staying.

Bruno and Ollie helped me enormously…

Problem solved and better package sorted

Selena solved mobile data issues and then explained some broadband options which were cost effective so I've switched away from Sky and Google points. 5*

I received an exceptionally excellent…

I received an exceptionally excellent customer service from Mr Bruno. I have long planned to get a phone plan but my experience with him gave clarity to my worries. He spent quality time answering all my questions and doubts and ensured I get the best suited offers available. He is indeed a good man. His knowledge, expertise and experience is unmatched to what I have ever seen in customer service for the longest.

I had an excellent experience at Vodafone Newbury today. The team immediately recognised the issue with my phone and resolved it quickly and efficiently.
