Went to Vodafone Milton Keynes today I had to walk out as the customer service is non existent at this branch and team leader that does not deal with customers just leaving to his staff to deal with once he tells you to sit down and wait that was my only interaction with any of the staff they all need training as I don't think they have had any yet I wonder if Vodafone look at these reviews they need to. Don't waste your time go else where

Excellent Service
I was dealt with by Boldie, assistant manager, who went out of his way to help me explaining at every step what he was doing and why. He transferred all the data on to my new phone without hesitation and also assured me that nothing would be lost, (which was my fear). He was just excellent. The other staff also looked friendly and it was a friendly pleasant atmosphere.

Kai gets the job done
I had ordered a SIM online for an international holiday and it was late. Popped into the store and Kai was there. Couple of little issues, but he managed to do a SIM swap and sort it out. If he hadn't not sure what I would have done. First time back to VF since I was at Uni, but the guys at this store seem great. Left my old network because of the 'computer says no' vibe. So far so good.

Avril was most helpful and efficient.
Avril was polite, friendly & made me feel confident that she was aiming to find me a deal that was best suited to my needs. She pointed out that all our contracts were overdue for renewal without being condescending. I was very happy with what she organised and the advice offered for one phone of the four family contract provisions I currently pay for. I visited the Milton Keynes store on 4th May 2023.
