Within minutes of entering the MK store, Kian had warmly welcomed us, listened to me very kindly and calmly fixed the issue. He is an excellent technician and I hope the company values him. Broadband renewals
Before going to this shop I was considering leaving vodaphone because of the experience I had with on line customer service I received
But having gone to the shop to cancel my contract I was very surprised at the level of customer service never had before nothing was to much for the shop team especially the young woman (Catlin) who actually sorted all my problems even got me a better deal on my broadband contract many thanks Gary.
