Outstanding customer service
I visited the store in merryhill today with my daughter as I needed a new phone and we were served by Simran. He was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable from the start. He gave great advice on the products available to me and gave a great deal. I would rate his customer service skills very highly and would not hesitate to return

SIM problem
My replacement Sim wasn't working in my new phone, which was purchased from ebay. Off we went to the Vodafone shop at Merry Hill.
Danny was great. Friendly, helpful and informative.
He fixed the issue (dodgey phone) found me a new phone with a better deal and looked at our other phone deals too.
Would definitely recommend 😊

Dan the Man!
Danny in the Merry Hill branch was extremely patient and helpful. I had tried (unsuccessfully) to get my Apple watch set up with a cellular plan online. He sat with me for over an hour and went through the process. Danny transferred me to a monthly contract and sorted out the cellular for my watch. He was thoughtful and offered wonderful customer service throughout. Thanks Danny!
