I had a wonderful experience with Jaime and Ali. I was praying to see Jaime, and when I did, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly, which I truly appreciated. Ali was also fantastic—he spoke Punjabi, which made communication much easier and more comfortable. Together, they provided excellent support and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend both of them! Jaime is an excellent assistant store manager. I think that’s the spelling of her name

Excellent professional Service
I had a network and eSIM Issue on my iPhone I was on the call to Vodafone customer service for two days and they could not fix the my Issue. So I went to the Luton branch Vodafone branch and was helped by Kate. She listened to me and she did all the troubleshooting she needed to do and fixed my Issue. Excellent service which made very happy. I really hope she will get praised and her customer service skills was outstanding. Thank you again.

I had quite a bit of issues, no signal, no way to contact anybody, Kate was exceptional, bare in mind my twin toddlers were with me and created a lot of ruckus in the shop, you are lucky to have her

Fantastic customer service
Kate served us today and was fantastic. She gave us all the options and was focused on getting the right deal for us, not the most expensive.
We left with the product we wanted at a cheaper price than we were paying previously and that was thanks to Kate.

Needed help with my recent upgrade. Jaime was, friendly, polite and professional. Her customer service was above and beyond that which I’ve encountered before. She sorted my phone out to working order and I would feel comfortable going back if needed again.

Visited Vodafone Luton to upgrade my…
Visited Vodafone Luton to upgrade my phone, Jamie was just amazing, went through everything with me, explained the contracts and showed me the phones. There was no pressure, it was like spending the morning with a friend. After everything was sorted and I was the proud owner of my new IPhone 16 pro max, I was actually sad to leave.
