Amazing customer service by hamide

Amazing customer service by hamide. Got a sim only plan and she explained everything to me in detail and super professional. Highly recommend the customer service, she was friendly and approachable.

Great customer service

I recently went into this store to get a contract and I must say I was very pleased with the exceptional service I received from a lady called hamide. She dealt with my queries efficiently and explained everything to me in detail. Very professional and great customer service you don't get any people like this in retail!

Manager was amazing

Thank you Moin for sorting out my sim only plans. I was paying over the odds and went in store for a sim swap. Moin advised i was out of contract and could renew for a much better price. Great savings!!!

Cheapside store

I went into the Cheapside store to enquire about a contract. I was served by Hamide who was very friendly and took me through all the options available. She made sure she explained everything to me in detail and her cutsomer service skills are excellent.
