Excellent service
Went into Kilmarnock today and served by Craig. He was very helpful and I ended up upgrading both phones instead of getting a sim only contract. Very polite and professional.

Chloe (think she was manager) at…
Chloe (think she was manager) at Kilmarnock store helped me sort out my sim problems and also explained it to me in a way I could understand.
Took her time was very polite and treated me with so much respect even though I had no clue at first about anything. Was so nice to feel that she spoke too me to explain simply and not down to me for not knowing.
