my father already commented on aboud and ricky. i also wish to say thank you as they did what 3 other stores didnt because we were not money makers for them. the way my father was treated im so grateful they were served by these two gems

kilburn store is good

great service from ricky and aboud.
i came to get a pac code as my complaint was delt with from vodafone and the boys managed to sign me up to a 2 year plan by being great advocates of the brand. promote them

I walked in wanting to cancel because of customer service. I was served by the area manager Ricky and his team. Great customer service and approach. They managed to keep me for another 2 years. Thank you

Today

Today, I wanted to make a subscription for my existing telephone number and the girl named Zahra was extremely helpful while helping me and made the experience really fun by communicating and explaining to me the details and the contract in a simple and easy way.
And by being really friendly she made me really comfortable and it was like I was talking with a friend.

Zara Seedat’s service was exceptional

Zara Seedat’s service was exceptional. She was a joy to talk to and full of patience whilst I chose my options ( new package )

Her persona was professional and above. She really took her time to explain thing. Zara is an asset to Vodaphone. Profess, polite, informative and 100 percent for customer care.
