I have found all the staff at vodafone Inverness extremely helpful and staight forward to deal with. They try to ensure I get the best available deals for phone and wifi. Jordan has been especially helpful.

Lachlan, The Customer Assistant
I came into store with my dad to sort out my Iphone, we were served by Lachlan who not only helped sorting out my old phone but gave us a great deal for getting a new one (as I was due an upgrade). He was very helpful and knowledgeable and although the store's computers weren't working very well, he helped us quickly and efficiently.

Cameron, the Branch Manager, is excellent.
Cameron, the Branch Manager, was fantastic. His ability to upsell so naturally with relevant products from just speaking with me and taking the time to understand my needs was great. I came into the shop quite late at 5pm knowing they shut at 5.30pm however Cameron assured me he was in no rush and wanted to help as much as possible. He took his time and did not rush me which was very much appreciated. This alone made me go for the more expensive option as I could take the time to make a decision.
The other members of staff that were also working were very friendly and a credit to the store.
Thank you all!
I am still waiting to hear from Vodafone as to when my new phone and iPad will be available for collection from the store - it would be great to get an update soon.
It would also be good if the Inverness had a direct number so I could call for an update however I can understand why they don't have this.
