Roaming spend query

I went to the store yesterday re roaming spend for cruise to Europe query. Wonderful Ben explained & helped me out with this. He gave me some tips which is a great advice especially with the costs. He made me happy! Many thanks to lovely Ben :)

Had amazing service today by Ben we…

Had amazing service today by Ben we went into the store last week to upgrade our phones he was very helpful and gave us a great service advised us to come back into the store today as the phone we wanted wasn’t out yet, as was we walked into the store today he remembered us and he made us feel so welcome he made us feel comfortable and at ease and we didn’t feel rushed he also gave us a lot of information that was very helpful. We would definitely come back to this store because of this great customer service we received today.

I went into the store a few days ago as my sim contract was expiring. I'd looked at my options on the app but felt confused over choices as I wasn't sure about aspects of the worldwide roaming which I wanted. Thanks to Ben's expertise & patient explanations I was able to choose the right deal for me. He understood my level of tech knowledge & where it stopped, without making me feel stupid! He was kind, helpful & efficient without making me feel rushed. Well done Ben & thank you.

Great customer service!

A big shout out to Ben

A big shout out to Ben - as a frequent tourist to Horsham i arrived in Horsham on Monday 20 July with my Samsung mobile bearing the" green line of death" down the screen.

Living in Jersey the phone repair shop was shut on Sunday when the line appeared and I realised i had to get my phone sorted and quickly!! Ben kindly recommended a reliable and efficient mobile phone repairer - repair job done in 45 minutes!

Ben had nothing to gain as my phone provider is Jersey Telecoms! I really appreciated his recommendation and kindness.

Great customer service

We went in for 2 reasons and had a great service from Ben who greeted us as soon as we entered the shop and also Keiron who was very helpful.
Excellent customer service.
We hadn't found the online site very good. In fact it's awful. Please keep real humans who know their stuff and are pleasant and efficient.

Great customer service

Went in today to buy a first phone for my granddaughter. Ben went through everything, finding the best deal and making sure all right safety measures were in place. In addition he found a much better price plan for myself. Thank you, great service and very friendly,

Ben at Horsham…so made it easy!

Ben at Horsham made my sim only upgrade simple, clear and a really easy transition .. something I had been putting off as I font understand what it all means!! I dreaded doing .. but he made it easy! Ben thank you ! My partner will be coming to you to sort his contract out next 👍 total recommend!!
