Quick, easy and efficient
Shopping in Vodafone used to take hours upon hours and it made me go online mostly. But I needed a phone on the same day as I dropped mine in a river. Sam got me a new phone sorted out with a replacement sim in under an hour!! Will definitely use the store more in the future.

Great service in the Guildford store!
I had visited a Vodafone store in Fenchurch street and had received a really poor service with none of my questions answered. However, Steve in the Guildford store was brilliant and answered all my queries clearly. Even when I couldn't get my old number reinstated (my fault), he was so patient and clear - thank you so much!!

Guildford store is the place to be
I went into Guildford for my weekly mooch around and happened upon the Vodafone store, I remembered my phone was smashed so I went into the establishment and was greeted by a fellow called Sam, my phone was in fact not smashed and it was just my screen protector! A+ service!

I went into the Guildford Store To Ask for help with my WHATSAPP. The man in the store not only achieved my goal of setting up whatsapp, he also offered me a lower priced plan which his colleague processed. If you need Help Then Go to the Guildford Store and ask for Sam, he will Take cAre of you!
