Upgrade on two iPhones completed with the help of Charles who really new his stuff and made the whole process seem less was thinking of moving to a different supplier this time but glad I didn’t as vodaphone have much better service and are really customer focused. Well done.

Great service at Fareham branch
Came in to Fareham branch, as hearing aids would not pair to phone. Alex investigated and reset the correct permissions on the phone and it now works perfectly. Would highly recommend this branch and especially Alex, who is a highly competent technician.

Very very helpful team
We came in with a rather large issue with the account, Alex, Jimi and the team were very very helpful, trying everything that they are able to do on their system. When this didn't eventually work, they have aided us in escalating the issue to different departments to try and get the issue resolved - even though we have had to go to multiple different departments above them and come back to the store several times
