Excellent friendly service

Bo helped me today. I came in to renew my WiFi - he over halfed the price. He offered to look at my phone and we worked out I could get a better phone with more data and roaming and it's STILL cheaper than the total I was paying before.

Very friendly and explained everything clearly.

Bo at Croydon is awesome

I was served by Bo at Croydon high street Vodafone branch , he was amazing and very helpful , I had not been to a store and renew my contract before always used website, he was personable and was pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone to go and see him. The other staff members were also very nice.

I had a great experience at the…

I had a great experience at the Vodafone store in Croydon thanks to Cristina. She was extremely helpful and patient while dealing with my phone and insurance issues, which weren’t straightforward. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and handled the whole situation professionally from start to finish.

What really stood out was her attitude friendly, calm, and genuinely willing to help rather than rush me through. It made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Highly recommend asking for Cristina if you visit the store she’s a real asset to the team.
