To be honest I don’t normally like…

To be honest I don’t normally like phone shops! However my son and I were approached by Denisa in the Cambridge store and she was welcoming and friendly. She informed me that all 5 of my contacts were ‘out of contract’ but even though it was late on a Sunday she still took the time to renew all the contacts and sell me a new phone. The whole process was smooth and professional, Very happy with the experience.

Jared in Cambridge is a star!

Jared in the Cambridge shop was extremely helpful. It took a good while for my contract to get sorted but he was friendly, funny and kept me updated all through the process. Made the experience an excellent one.

Abin is a technical genius

Abin is a technical genius. He is also the most abled, the most supportive, the most helpful, and most efficient support staff member of Vodafone or any other service providers that I have met in the last 25 years. Today he was able to read even the most unreadable and successfully top up my number. He deserves an immediate pay rise and promotion. I wish him every luck from Dr B Tandan, presently in Cambridge, UK.
