Fabulous customer service
Dan was really kind and helped my Nan with her google pixel. She’d been having trouble using it and didn’t like the interface and was planning to change phone so Dan made some changes to her settings and tidied up the Home Screen to make it more accessible for her so she doesn’t feel like she has to spend money on a new phone just to be able to use it. We really appreciate the time Dan took to explain everything clearly and kindly and was never once patronising. We will definitely come back for any future worries or any future purchases.

Great service in Bury St Edmunds…
Nichole made switching my broadband provider & purchasing my daughter her first mobile phone so easy & straight forward, explaining everything very clearly as she set the phone up for me, whilst installing the relevant parental controls. She was also training a new member of staff up at the same time, explaining all the steps to him very clearly. Great service.

AVOID if you care about broadband…
AVOID if you care about broadband speed.. I had the worst time since I started the contract with Vodafone, thought as it’s a big name I will get what I was promised, I subscribed to the 900 speed, all what I get was 2 digits speed and getting 20mg or so of download speed is a joke.
Tried to contact customer service many times, horrible experience, they keep you on hold in a CHAT for 1 h 45 minutes!!!!!
Heard the strangest things as my TV that is 2025 model and support wifi6 will never get speed above 30 megabytes as they don’t support TVs and and alot of strange things, they treat customers as they never used internet before !!!!!
You ask simple questions as how long I got left in the contract or how much to payout.. they refuse to answer (I have all the chat screenshots).
Can’t wait to get rid of this contract. But to pass on the advice… please avoid broadband with Vodafone by all means.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I bought galaxy pixel and 2 days later I change my mind and go for just upgrade my sim card. This 2 days Daniel helped us and he was great dealing with all the progress. He is very chatty and smilies. Very good experience 👍

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, ended up with a much better package than when we entered.
Managed to bundle my partners contract with my own and also get our son a sim aswell for a better price than expected.
