was in the ayr store today as my sim wasn’t working after getting a new phone. all staff are great, charlie’s customer service was fantastic since the second i entered the store. couldn’t have asked for better.

POOR SERVICE VODAFONE

I have been trying to get a refund from Vodafone since mid December.
I purchased two sims online and collected them from the Ayr store.
We were going to FUERTEVENTURA the following day. So I asked about roaming. The manager told me that Europe was within my contract.
I stopped several days later, when I noticed I was being charged. Only using local cafes, shopping centres, hotel, etc.
Whilst there I purchased a Gygacube. I was told that it would solve my poor signal problem, in Newton Stewart area. Thing is, it works the same way as a phone, through a sim. So was just as useless.
So to sum up. Not happy being sold a modem at £15, just as useless as my original EE sim phones. Not happy being told my refund is low, because I was roaming for three days, totally unaware.

I don't use Facebook. Not my cup of tea.

Went into Ayr store to check status of…

Went into Ayr store to check status of number port . Spoke to Andy, confirmed number port will go through on Monday 😍,. Ended up getting home broadband and a better deal too with money off the broadband as I now have a mobile account with Vodafone. Happy Days. Lovely guy and very knowledgeable too..
