This has been the only trusted source for me to get my supplements. I have to say, the results are going to take time. But the longer you take these supplements the better you will feel. I wish I had my blood work done prior to me taking the supplements. It would have been interesting to see the results.

I only received 12 tablets in my bottle…
I only received 12 tablets in my bottle NMN when I opened it yesterday. It should have 30. I emailed, but didnt get a response.
they did respond quickly and more than made up for the issue.

I wanted to personally reach out regarding your recent experience — I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
First, I’d like to clarify that we did respond to your email prior to the review being posted, which likely means our reply may have landed in your spam/junk folder.
That said, we didn’t just stop at replying — we’ve already taken action.
On Tuesday, we reshipped 2 full bottles of NMN to you as an apology, completely free of charge. You should be receiving those shortly.
Regarding quality — we take this extremely seriously, and I want to give you full transparency into our process:
Step 1: Every batch is checked by capsule count during production
Step 2: Each bottle is automatically weighed at the end of the line to ensure correct fill
Step 3: Every 100th bottle is manually inspected by a human (seal, label alignment, capsule count, etc.)
Because of this system, situations like yours are extremely rare, but clearly not impossible — and we’re genuinely sorry that it happened to you.
We’ve already made this right on our end, but if there’s anything else at all you need, just reply here — I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

We ship all orders via USPS, and while we do offer free delivery, there can occasionally be slight delays on their end that are unfortunately outside of our control.
In your case, it looks like the delivery is just running about 1 day later than expected, which I sincerely apologize for.
We've also responded to your email with more details, but it seems that it likely landed to your spam folder on April 8th.

Thank you for your feedback — I completely understand where you’re coming from.
I just want to clarify the reasoning behind the change. When NMNH orders were replaced, we used a 2:1 ratio, meaning 2 bottles of NMN were provided in place of 1 bottle of NMNH.
Both NMN and NMNH are NAD+ precursors, and while they are not identical, the goal was to keep the overall practical effect and value as close as possible. In real-world supplementation, that 2x NMN substitution is intended to be roughly comparable in NAD+ support, rather than leaving customers without an alternative.
That said, we completely understand that some customers specifically prefer NMNH, and that matters.

I’ve been a customer for four years
I’ve been a customer for four years. I took a brief 3 month break to try cheaper brands, only to realize that quality is much more important than price. I’ve done extensive research on the supplements I take, and Vitruvin always comes out on top for quality tested products. I’m a loyal customer for life. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, well I never give five stars to anyone. Thus when I do, it has more meaning

NMN and Trans-Resveratrol
I have been using NMN and Trans-Resveratrol for almost a year. Overall, I feel better (energy and mood are consistent), more resilient (my immune system is thriving), and overall healthier. Customer service has been excellent (fast responses, courteous, and easy solutions). I think consistency has been my key. I had a lot of damage to overcome.
