Ease of stopping auto-ship
I like the product, especially the convenience to not having to add water, when sodium is needed immediately for my daughters POTS. I had plenty & wanted to stop my autoship, & that process went well.

Superior Hydration
This product is great for hydration. I use it daily because I do intense strength training and it helps to keep me going. I absolutely love it, especially after sauna treatments.

Hi Brian, thank you for clarifying how you’re using Seaonic, that really helps.
Drinking 32–40 oz of plain water immediately after a sachet can significantly dilute electrolyte levels, which may explain why you’re not feeling better. That’s a large volume to drink in one go, is that your normal hydration pattern?
Our recommended approach would be:
• 1 sachet first thing on an empty stomach
• Wait at least 5 minutes before drinking water
• Then drink about 8 oz of water
• For a 5–8 mile walk, one sachet total is usually sufficient
• Continue sipping water as normal during the walk, but avoid chugging large volumes at once
Electrolytes work through concentration gradients, so large amounts of plain water in one go can rapidly dilute blood electrolyte levels and blunt the effect.
We’d be happy to help you dial this in so you can properly assess the product.
I feel much better without this.

Our focus is restoring mineral balance in a form the body naturally recognizes, rather than creating a noticeable spike through sugar, flavourings, or isolated salts.
Consistent use tends to support hydration and cellular balance more subtly over time, especially when replacing more processed electrolyte products.

Value of the product is excellent
Shipping takes weeks, but the product is worth it. I've tried other powder forms of electrolytes but they just don't work for me. I need something that doesn't need to be digested and Seaonic is it. It's a great product. I can tell it's working. Next time I purchase, I do it a few weeks in advance.
