I recently had the pleasure of working Kathryn for the launch of a new e-commerce site, working with her, made the whole process virtually seamless from start to finish with excellent comms throughout and extremely proactive project management. Any issues ( which we didn't have many of at all ) that did arise got resolved very quickly and efficiently.

Kelly Langham has taken over the account and we have seen an improvement in the communication and direction of the account

Visualsoft have been our ecommerce partners for a number of years now and they have helped us to grow our business since we started working together. The service is always helpful and friendly, they are great to work with.

Have reviewed rating from one to 3 stars today as support from Visualsoft has improved significantly in recent weeks. We are finally getting issues fixed and good input from strategic support with actions being followed up. Hopeful this is more indicative of normal service and we have just been unlucky over the past 18 months.

Initial Review;
I have read other glowing reviews of Visualsoft with interest and am really sad to say that these do not represent my experience of the Company. The support over the last year has been awful and unlike others writing more positive reviews we have not had the strategist support that we are paying for. If you are considering Visualsoft I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this company - once you have signed the dotted line they will happily take your direct debit and ignore your business.

Experience started fairly slow and uninspiring until some moving around was done and Jonny Mackley was made PM/Business Growth Strategist. He invests his time and energy into learning the business and providing sound and effective advice. He has become an extension of our team, has played a key role in our growth strategy and we hope to continue working closely together moving forward!

We have been with Visualsoft for quite few years now, I could not recommend them enough. The shared success means we all benefit, so there is a mutual interest in growing our business together.

Kelly our strategist is very helpful, provides great communication and is always there to offer support and direction. We are in touch regularly week to week to discuss results and planning.

What a dreadful company. We have been a long standing customer for many years, and frankly I wish we had never found this outfit. Even two hands are not enough to count the number of account managers we have had over the years. Their accounts department is impossible to get hold of every month. Yes a direct debit payment would be easier, but they have made so many mistakes that we do no longer trust them with our account details. Now we are at the point that we want to put in an official complaint, this time with their MD/CEO. Well our 'account manager' is making it impossible to get hold of this person. After three separate requests we are still no further. Now after phoning their reception I finally have a name, for anyone else who wants to know, it is Lenny Nash. The curt and rude woman on the phone finally had to give in when I asked for a name for the umpteenth time. I asked if Mr Nash could ring me as she was not willing to give me any contact details. The snotty lady replied 'no' as he was abroad. When I said why this would be an issue, she literally hung up on me. How rude!
I'm afraid I would advise anyone to give Visualsoft a wide berth and look elsewhere. It is all well when things look nice and work, but when you need their help they ignore you.

Absolutely one of the best E-Commerce platforms out there, yes it is more expensive than the others, but the level of detail and account management you get from the team is unparalleled, I have been with them over 4 years now and I will not be going anywhere else!

We moved to Visualsoft in June last year and so far all is going well. We are now supported by Jordan who is proactive in suggesting improvements we can make and in putting us in touch with the right people to give us the help we need.

Jordan was very helpful and has been assisting me with my website very actively. With the monthly catch ups and review of our business models on how to increase sales in every way possible. Would definately recommend their services to anyone wanting to achieve a sales growth.

We have been with visual soft for number of years now and we have a number of account managers & - E commerce strategist in this time ! However since our relaunch our new E commerce strategist "Jordan Evans" has given us very useful information regarding our product base he has been very helpful and quick to act on any of our requests.

I have been using Visualsoft for many years however their recent account management has been faultless. Jordan Evens and Tom Sweeney have been a joy to deal with. I would highly recommend speaking to Visualsoft if you are looking for a new retail website.

I’ve personally worked closely with Johnny Mackley as our E-commerce Strategist and Rachel Thurston as our Account Manager for around a year now. Johnny & Rachel have been great in guiding us, helping with issues as our website is very bespoke, and arranging a monthly meeting has been a big help too. We are well aware of the dedication that goes into the growth and maintenance of our site. The service has definitely improved around the last several months with the ticketing system and developers thanks to Johnny and Rachel.

He has been a great addition to our account- offering support and advice where required, and I look forward to working with him & the team in 2023 as we continue to grow our business.

Our business has gone from strength to strength with the help of Visualsoft.
