I think this may be my first Trust Pilot review. Wanted to give it because the customer service was so good, and that seems to be a rare find these days. Spent c.£300 on ski goggles that didn't fit my weird face. Went on holiday. Missed their official returns window but that wasn't a problem; lovely person on the other end of the phone was fast to know which order mine was and reiterate I can still send them back and get a refund. Will use them again.

Just a quick well deserved review for Vision3K having recently as in this past weekend bought some ski goggles they arrived in record time ordered Sunday evening arrived Tuesday super quick, unpacking them it turned out the clip on the frame was loose and so would not clip the lenses properly. Rang up the team Tuesday afternoon explained the issue and the next day a replacement frame was at my door step in perfect working order.
Communication was fantastic as were the speed things were done.
Will happily buy from them again can’t fault them one bit.

I accidentally drove over my favourite sunglasses, the shop I purchased them from said they were no longer made and there were no spare parts, basically tough…..
I did some research and found Vision3K, they stocked the exact glasses, unlike other companies, the price was reasonable and the delivery service was outstanding.

I had issues previously trying to buy OTG ski goggles. I called Vision3k and they were very helpful and even measured them before I ordered just to be sure.

Couldn't find a price anywhere close elsewhere to what Vision3K were offering for a photochromatic lens.
Coupled with very helpful customer service and a quick delivery - I can't fault them.
