Great present for a friend
Items ordered never arrived. Driver did not buzz intercom to let my sister know he was there. He phoned me and I was out. Completely disappointed and annoyed. What a waste of arranging for a birthday treat. Phoned your company and was told that it was with the carrier so out of your hands. Not impressed so got refund. Complete waste if time.
Excellent service Contents exceptional quality
Beautifully wrapped, excellent quality and very efficient service, my friends present arrive early on the day I ordered it to arrive.
All round beautiful boxing and presentation and the chocolates are out of this world!
Lovely Gift. Our Client was so delighted to receive this as a surprise thank you for her loyalty to Case Travel, her 3rd booking with us!
Ordered for a family celebration but I made an error with delivery date. When queried could not have been helped more. Fast and efficient communication which enabled delivery to be brought forward and in my opinion staff went the extra mile and refunded my original request for Saturday delivery. Order was delivered within 24 hours of query due to my error. Cannot recommend highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ideal birthday present that just hit the right spot!!
It was an Easter gift for my Sister in law who is working and looking after her disabled Mum. She loved it! The prosecco, chocolates and the gift wrapping! Thank you! It made her day!
Delivery date requested was not followed.
Purchased this as a gift, which went down very well indeed. The recipient was particularly impressed with the 'expensive' style/weight of the bottle!
