My name is Mike T. and I called Victory Tax Solutions a few months ago. At first I was very sceptical of the process. I tried to contact the IRS myself on several occasions to negotiate a settlement, but they were unwilling to even talk to me and made me feel like a inadequate provider, like I owed that person money! I must say that the company seems very professional and treated me with much respect, however until after ninety days I won't know if there has been real savings. You see right now Victory Tax Solutions has saved me $18.00 less per month than the original deal I was already able to make with the I.R.S. and after ninety days of payments there's supposed to be a call back to see if any reduction can be made with the fee's. So as I said the proof is in the pudding and I'm waiting for the end result, but again I will say that Victory Tax Solutions has treated me well to this point.

I contacted Victory for help with a tax problem. I owe x amount of dollars and was denied a comprimise with the IRS. for a lower amount. I was told they could help me and hopefully get the IRS to agree to a lower amount. I agreed for the help and was told I needed to give them $800 dollars that night to get started. I did that. They emailed me documents to sign and email back. I did that. Then they said that wasn't good enough I needed to have them faxed. I went to the UPS stored and did that. 4 days go by and was contacted again wondering where the papers were. I said I sent them. They said they did't get them. So I faxed them again at another 30 dollars. 2 weeks go by and get a email saying they got everything but I paper and they can't proceed without it. I faxed it the next day. Got a email they didn't get it. So i sent it again. This goes on 2 more times. Turns out theys said there server was out and they weren't recieving anything. So I faxed them again. I get a call saying they were going to try setting up a payment plan but need another $800 . Stupid me says ok and gives it to them. I could of set up a payment plan with the IRS myself for nothing and saved $1600. What a ripoff!!! DoNOT use these people they are con artists and will RIP YOU OFF!
