From the get go, Joe Holt and crew were there. Talking and working with me. They continually kept me abreast of everything going on in my case. Needless to say, it meant a lot.

At the end of the day, VTS worked out an acceptable tax agreement for me. Something everyone could live with and move on.

Taxes are stressful! Dealing with the IRS is stressful too. After having to close my business due to a bogus lawsuit, we were in a tight spot and needed help with our Tax situation and the IRS.

When I first started researching various "Tax-help" companies a few months ago, I was very skeptical, fearful, and obviously hesitant to make a final decision as to what business to choose.
I knew I needed the highest expertise for my complicated Tax issues.
The final decision was made, NOT when I first contacted the Better Business Bureau, (Great Ratings!) but only after the consistent, and direct answers that made good common sense, for the many (repeated) questions I had.
Alot of companies will say "call anytime" "we're here for you" and the bottom literally falls out!

I had outstanding tax issue with NYS and IRS , I contacted victory tax service and they were able to assist me in filing back tax years and coming to a resolution that I could not of done alone. It took me sometime to gather the needed information but they were professional and patient with me. I was very pleased with the over service of the company .

I stumbled onto Victory Tax Solutions via the internet; seeking advice on a relative's (no, really) complicated tax matter. VTS ratings were good, but, the name seemed somewhat ostentatious. Mind you, I've been in the behavioral science field for 40+ years so my skeptical-meter is somewhat skewed. Website was friendly Matt and Kyle have been great from the get go. I will highly recommend VTS.

Suggestion: On the website in a very satisfied user column please add, "Not ostentatious, we are just very very good"

From the moment I called Victory Tax Solutions I trusted them that I was in good hands. Carl, the first representative I talked to, took the time to make sure all my concerns were answered and that I felt comfortable with the process.

My situation wasn't an extremely common one. Yet Greg, the Vice President, took time out of his busy day to make sure my case was handled with care and completeness. His goal was to ensure I was put into the best position to handle my taxes for the next several years and only improve my credit score. Joseph worked through the night to meet my urgent and demanding deadlines. The result was truly remarkable and I might add for those like myself reading this to whom honesty matters, completely legitimate.

Nowadays it is difficult to find and trust a company with your arduous tax circumstances.
