Viaholiday Omdömen 

My friend booked a holiday with this company to Auschwitz Poland for the 1st of November to the 6th November 2024! We went to the Airport on the 6th for our morning flight to return back to Scotland only to be told our flight was not till the 8th of November!! The company we were travelling with had e mailed Via Holiday to advise of these changes and no one bothered to tell us we were stranded in Poland with no money for flights or accommodation 16 hours later we had to borrow the money to get home £250 each!! Still can’t get any info from them they just keep ignoring our request for a refund….I urge people to NEVER use this company!

Booked a short break to Rome with Via Holidays and was pleasantly surprised with the service and the price.

We planned a holiday outing and good experience with Viaholiday. Decide quite late and we were not sure if we could get something within budget, as always challenge to find right option with choices, specific accommodation requirements, timings of travel etc, but Viaholiday team worked with us and provided all support to made it possible in a short time. A fantastic experience and we can recommend for a great experience.

It was our 5th time booking with Viaholiday and as always a smooth good price and certainly a quick polite response. Thanks to Hazel for my last booking with so much patience though we asked for so many changes at the last minute and all sorts of children's requirements. She kept her promise and provided just what we wanted, lovely girl Hazel. I would highly recommend Viaholiday as per my experience.

Nice lovely experience with Viaholiday with big fat family holidays to three countries in Europe in one trip. It was not easy with so many choices, moods, requirements extra luggage and so much if and but till the last day. I sincerely appreciate Viaholiday team's patience guidance & support, we couldn't have made it possible in such a wonderful without their honest calm & well-behaved staff. We have tested them better than anyone and we can recommend them as on genuine experience.

When it comes to making girls' trips, Me and my groups only prefer Viaholidays, our last 3 trips went so wonderful, effortless, and convenient, just love it. On one of our trip to Turkey, we had an odd experience due to some regional causes, As soon we called Viaholiday, they not only changed our hotel within an hour at the same price but also provided a discounted voucher for the next holiday. Next, we ladies planning to drive to the South of France and Viaholiday team is working out the best stoppage for us to stay and picture around....Haha lucky we are..

Booked an all inclusive family trip to Spain during peak Christmas time. Service was great with lovely recommendations for the whole holiday. Luxurious hotel stay with nice food options, especially catering my wife whoi is a pure veg. The pickup were timely and patient staff especially on the outbound journey where flight was delayed by 1hr. All this fitting in to my budget. Will be my one stop shop for all holidays to a foreseeable future.

A great holiday with superb experience. Literally our family just had to pack the bags and then onwards everything was taken care of. An excellent package overall and would highly recommend!

We contacted ViaHoliday directly to book a Groupon deal including flights and a hotel overlooking Barcelona's cathedral. By their own admission, ViaHoliday booked the wrong hotel - one by the same name but in an entirely different town in Spain. They have confirmed there's nothing they can do since the holiday booked was non-refundable. Had the holiday been booked as advertised, there would have been no need to cancel or refund our booking. This cannot be considered a serious or professional company. Beware!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Less than 1⭐️
I bought a ticket since 2020 but due to Covid-19, they provided a crédits note stating they don’t refund.
We are 2024, I am still unable to rebook a holiday. They lie, they hang up the phone, they are rude, each time I call, the call handler dismisses the credits note. I am looking at making an official complaint to ATOL. This is a scam!

Completely avoid at all costs, we bought tickets to Venice off Wowcher for my birthday and ended up getting scammed, the original price of Wowcher offered isn’t the actual price and we were asked to pay more just to get decent flights that were not late in the evening and to upgrade our room. My partner expressed concerns to Chris and his team about the reviews the company had online and the man on the phone started screaming at us telling us that if we accuse them of being scammers that he’ll hang up (bare in mind, my partner didn’t mention that they were scammers at all and he did end up hanging up on us and we couldn’t get back through at all). Go through a reputable sight, this company isn’t ABTA approved either, please don’t end up in our position.
