My husband and I recently returned from the most amazing and memorable two-week trip in Croatia. Ivana with Via Tours-Croatia provided top-notch, flawless service every step of the way. She was available at all hours-night and day with excellent insight and recommendations at each of the destinations-across the spectrum. Via Tours-Croatia did an outstanding job creating an itinerary with a mix of cities and beach towns and incredible excursions and accommodations. This truly provided a complete picture, traveling through gorgeous Croatia. We could not recommend Via Tours-Croatia and Ivana more highly. As a reference we traveled to (in order): Dubrovnik, Hvar, Zadar, Plitvička Jezera,Zagreb).

Via tours did an excellent job of helping us with all our needs while visiting a new country. the transporters and sightseeing reps were absolutely fabulous. We will definitely use their services again when we return to Croatia!!!

Via tours made our Croatian vacation the trip of a lifetime! From the moment we landed in Zagreb to the last boat we took out of Dubrovnik Via tours had us covered every step of the way. Our hotels, excursions and transportation were planned with perfection to our specifications. The " guides " we met were not only personable but very knowledgeable with " spot on" recommendations. We absolute loved every minute in Croatia and are already making plans for our return trip!

They treated us very well. Our concierge checked up on us the whole trip and made sure we were okay. She was quick to answer any questions we had and was very reliable and helpful! I would reccomend this, especially for people taking a trip for the first time!

Our honeymoon in Croatia was absolutely amazing!! Traveling in a wheelchair can often be difficult and full of unknowns but Ivana and via tours made our whole experience absolutely wonderful and care free!! I cannot recommend Via Tours enough to anyone who is looking to travel through Croatia and Montenegro. They put together the trip of a lifetime. We spent eight days traveling through Croatia starting in Dubrovnik and working our way north every 1-2 days including stops in Hvar, Zadar, Split, Plitvicka Jezera and finally Porec. All of our arranged transportation was clean and on time. Our itinerary was well thought out, timed perfectly and showcased the best of Croatia. All of our tour guides were very knowledgeable and each shared a passion for their respective city. Every hotel that was chosen for us was clean, beautiful and had top level service.
But more importantly than all of that is the level of service Via Croatia gave us while we were there, specifically our contact person, Ivana. I had texted her a couple dozen times during our trip and never had to wait more than five minutes for a response, including Saturday night. When I learned, late on a Sunday night, that our American travel agent failed to book our water transportation from Porec to Venice, and the boat was completely sold out, I texted Ivana in a panic. Within twenty minutes she had arranged car transportation for us to Venice. That is service!
While traveling in a foreign country for the first time there is nothing like the comfort of knowing you have someone who will respond immediately and take care of any hiccups along the way.
I later learned that Via Croatia is a family run business which makes sense because they made me feel like my family was a part of theirs.

The guides were wonderful in every way. The hotels provided were well located and exceeded the expectation. The use of time was just right....
enough to thoroughly enjoy each area and extra time to explore further if needed. The meals provided were terrific. Transportation vehicles were up to date and drivers were helpful, including the various boats. The drivers were very knowledgeable and able to save time and crowds by knowing all the local tricks. I would love to make another visit.
