I was very impressed from the beginning with the planning of my itinerary, especially how the agent handled the many changes I had to made due to COVID-19 requirements and flight availability. The itinerary proposal was very professional and had excellent suggestions. The agent was very helpful and patient and revised the itinerary several times based on my interests.

The driver was very courteous, friendly, and always on time. He went above and beyond! I mentioned how great it would be to visit a nature park that I learned about when I was already there and, therefore, was not on the itinerary, and he made the necessary arrangements to stop there. Also, I was travelling solo and appreciated very much that he always offered to assist with my luggage. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. They all spoke excellent English.

The itinerary was fabulous! The welcome dinner at The Stari Fijaker restaurant, offering an authentic traditional menu, was a great way to start my trip. The company was fantastic and the food was delicious!

Other highlights of my trip were a visit to a winery and having the opportunity to meet the owner, a semi-private boat trip to one of the National Parks, a lunch at an abandoned village, and last but not least, an amazing farewell dinner at a restaurant with the best panorama views of Dubrovnik.

The experience was top notch, no stress, and I felt safe and well cared for. I appreciated the agency's representative staying in touch with me during my trip making sure that everything was going as expected. Huge thumbs up. I cannot recommend them enough.

My worked with Via Tours Croatia for my clients' trip to Prague, Budapest/Pecs, and Croatia, mostly Split and Dubrovnik. Their trip was very complicated and demanded much detail to coordinate all the hotel reservations, private transfers and private excursions involved in fulfilling their expectations for excellence. “We absolutely loved Croatia! It is hard to pick our favorite. The VIA travel staff was wonderful, flexible, and efficient. The food and wine was unbelievable. We found a world class restaurant in Dubrovnik (Nautika) which is must eat place. It is expensive but worth every penny. I found the restaurant because CNN recently named it as one of top 20 restaurants with a view in the world--and it was. You might want to let others traveling to Dubrovnik know. It is absolutely world class. We liked the hotel in Split the best because it was more of a boutique place. We discovered we like small hotels best. We also discovered that if a hotel advertises a certain view, it doesn't mean you actually get it. For example, a sea view room is not always a sea view. Having said that all hotel staff was great and very helpful. The tour in Dubrovnik (and guide)was great as was the wine tasting. We did not get to go on the cave tour because of weather. Ivana from VIA said she would talk with you about a refund. The wine tasting was paired with a dinner. We thought it would be best to unpair them. We could have easily spent more time at both. Each location (Dubrovnik, Hvar, Split) had it's own charm. It is hard to pick a favorite. The ferry transportation between the places was seamless and convenient. Clearly, Croatia is very picturesque. The people are friendly so we never felt like tourists. We really enjoyed having personal guides and concierge. We did not have to worry about anything. We would love to go again.

I have used Via Tours Croatia twice now this summer. Each experience has been seamless for the clients and they provide strong value for their services. Their team is responsive, polished, and organized. The planning correspondences were very easy, and processing payments is electronic and effortless. On the ground, their local contacts are thorough. I will continue using Via Tours and I would recommend other advisors work with them. AND...they only work with travel agents so there is never any conflict of interest.

I hadn't booked in Croatia for years until I had a request from a client who i dealt with the previous year who was a little difficult. Very analytical when it came to budget and line items for everything so its a nightmare for a travel advisor. I was honest with President Z about this client and overall their expectations. The proposal was detailed and came in a very timely manner. After a lot of back and forth, going through all the details with the client, we finally booked. The time between booking and paying wasnt much communication until right before the client traveled was when all these questions started popping up surrounding recommendations, doc details, etc etc etc and Ivana, the concierge contact for the family, was on top of it all. The family had a very amazing/memorable experience. They loved their lodging and they loved feeling connected to someone on the ground. They loved their sailing experience that Via Tours Croatia set up. Happy clients make for a happy travel advisor.
