Easy reimbursement
A pair of earrings I bought myself for Christmas had a defect : I sent the Verdivine team a short video, we had a quick email exchange, and they proceeded to reimburse me quickly. They also offered to send another pair, but as they were out of stock, I preferred a reimbursement.

Ordered 13 days before Christmas and…
Ordered 13 days before Christmas and did not receive the item before Christmas. Website said shipping was 3-5 business days. Would have thought I’d receive it before Christmas. Even Verdevine thinks I’ve received it because they’ve sent me this request to review the item.

De betaling ging via Ideal. Enkele dagen later kreeg ik het geld teruggestort want het rekeningnummer blijkt niet te kloppen... best bijzonder via een betaallink. Nu krijg ik ieder keer updates over mijn bestelling, krijg ik deze review Mail. Maar ik heb nu geen kerstcadeaus . Ik verzin iets anders maar wel jammer, raar en best irritant van de mails.
Ze namen zelf contact met mij op vanwege mijn recensie.
De cadeautjes bleken bij buren verderop in de straat te liggen. Dus nog net op tijd voor Kerstmis op kunnen halen.
Zeer vriendelijk geholpen.
Heb nu 5 sterren gegeven
Soms gaat het niet helemaal goed, maar als je door de onderneming geholpen word, vind ik het top!

I won a squirrel charm that is so beautiful it took my breathe away with the shine of the tiny crystals. The colors of the enamel and golden detail just bring me so much joy. The shipment was fast. The packaging was top notch.
