There sizes are not consistent. I ordered a pair of trouser in size 6 they fit perfect. I then ordered 2 pairs of Tailored shorts in size 6. They were very tight. The fit was more like a 4. I exchanged both pairs for a size 8. I am waiting for them to arrive. I did enjoy the Happy returns.

My order arrived and even though I did my measurements the garment never fit. I was under the understanding that returns were free if you were to exchange. I paid $17.15 In Shipping. After I filled out return sheet I realized there was no return label. Apparently they do not supply this to Canadian residents. So in order to exchange it, it would cost me $17.15 x 3 which was more then the garment I bought. Long and short it would have been nice if when I called to complain they waved the shipping…… they did not. so now Im Stuck with something that does not fit.

I've been ordering from Venus for many years and it's my main go-to for clothing!

My favorite place to shop for clothes and swim. Great fit, quality, and prices. Rarely do I ever return anything. Usually always perfect!

today's last straw, I've been ordering from Venus for over 15 years been a loyal customer I've dealt with purchasing and returns which by the way they don't put the packaging slip in the packages anymore for you to select a different item when returning and then maybe possibly getting balance refunded back to you. I don't know why they don't do this anymore. I purchased the everyday swim shorts, by the way was not on sale I paid $40 plus shipping. When I received it it was not the quality that I liked for workmanship and the material was horrible I've returned it and the allowed it time to receive refund. They took it upon themselves that since the item went on sale after I purchased it - it's only refund me the sales price I don't think so I paid full dollar price for the item I expect that money back . Very disappointed, I will not be ordering from Venus anymore you just lost a customer and I'm going to tell all my friends. Customer service has gone down the toilet not sure how they make their decision refunds , but im not giving my $ I'm disputing it with my bank to get the full amount back so everyone should check their bank accounts to make sure that they're getting the correct refunds back. I'm done I'm not ordering from venus anymore you lost a customer.

obviously the customer service that person I was talking on the phone didn't care. I gave the rep every opportunity to give me my money back and when he refuses I said this conversation is over I will be disputing it through my bank end of story I will be getting my money back either way I was trying to do it the nice and professional way. But if I'm going to be treated like crap after I'm paying top dollar for clothing and not getting the correct amount back after returning it, then that's it I'm done I'm not dealing with this nonsense.I will let my bank deal with it now at this point it's out of my hands

I buy quite a bit from Venus and their styles are cute and sometimes edgy as well which I like however I'm EXTREMELY frustrated with their return policy as I often get stuck with items because the return policy is too short and I travel alot on business so my time to be home is limited and sometimes I'll forget about the quick return timeframe that I need to meet. For the amount of stuff that I buy there should be more flexibility... Like an extra 30 or 60 day grace period where you can either return it for an instore credit or for exchange but you can't even do an exchange when you're past that date which to me makes no sense whatsoever. To stick loyal clients with products that either don't fit them or the style doesn't work for them is NOT good customer service when they have such a short turnaround time frame to begin with for an online retailer. Perhaps give clients up to 6 months to make a return... if they do so in the first 30-90 days costumers can get a full refund but if they do so after 90 days but no more than 6 months they will get an instore credit and/or still be eligibility to exchange for a different size.

Beautiful fashionable womens clothes with great selection. Sexy modern and stylish. VENUS took over from Victoria’s Secret for me over a decade ago. VENUS is my goto place for my tall skinny blonde wife!

I ordered 2 items. One was lovely. The other sat all wrong high up under the bust instead of at waist. I contacted them the next day requesting a return and was told I couldn't return it. I've never ever had a company be so rude and operate this way.

The items that I ordered are as lovely in person as in the pictures. I am thrilled with everything.
If I have one small "gripe", it is that shipping takes awhile to get up here to Canada.

I shopped with Venus for years. Recently their quality has gone down. Further, recently I had an order with super late delivery. When I went to return it they told me the return window was already closed! How can the return window be closed when the item , literally just arrived. I got ripped off and then told to kindly go to $%((. The customer service agent really told me to take a hike. I have probably spent over $30K with them across time. I will never spend another dime. Maybe they should teach their customer service reps not to be hateful to their customers.

I just received your Fourth of July catalog. Very disappointing! The models you “ Select” are all tiny. The most common sizes in the US are size 12-14. If you want women like me to purchase, PLEASE SHOW MODELS THAT LOOK LIKE US!!! It is unrealistic and NON- SUPPORTIVE to women! GET REAL!
* If you sell up to size 16 or higher, why would you not have “any” Women modeling STYLES THAT FLATTER THEM? Styles look way different on someone that’s not so tiny. I’m not sure if I’m gonna shop here anymore?????? I don’t want to feel bad about myself because I can’t fit into any of those tiny Bathing suits and clothes you show. I buy at least 3 to 5 Bathing suits a year plus cute coverups.
PLEASE SHOW FASHIONS FOR REAL WOMEN ALSO, THAT ARE STILL STYLISH!! I ordered a sweatsuit in an XL. I ended up needing it in a large. Yet, I still have difficulty shopping in your catalogue? Why? Thank you

Overall great experience. A little tricky to guess the right size but I'm a petite so most companies don't have petite size charts. Delivery was fast and tracking was on point. Love the colors and versatility of items just wish there were more color/pattern options for each item

I placed an order # 65321773 back on April 16, 2024 and after almost 3 weeks I am still waiting for my order. The shipment of my package has not progressed since April 19 (last departure scan in Windsor, CT)!. I cannot get in contact with them as all my emails to them keep coming back with delivery failed. 

As I did NOT receive my order # 65321773 I ask Venus company to send a refund ($73.93) and confirm the refund.

There was a payment issue they auto system and I was told 2 times I was a liar and I made the mistake the payment didn’t go thru and I was charged a hefty late fee and they wouldn’t remove it . They did give me a credit of 15.00 when they charged me 29.00 and 2.00 for interest I was never informed this happened . Until I got the bill . I did talk to a customer rep and a supervisor. I did call bank but because they gave me the 15.00 the bank that holds the credit card wouldn’t do anything . When I made the made the phone the system did say the right bank no so I don’t know what happened . I should have been notified by them but I wasn’t . Not right to do people that way .

Was a faithful VENUS shopper but Style, Sizing and cost has changed dramatically. No longer have clothing , shoes or accessories for a stylish, curvy, professional. I guess my faithful shopping era has ended. VENUS is no longer an online shopping option unless I loose my curves and style anytime soon. Why such drastic changes- and PLEASE tell me where the older buyer went with all the cute items so I can go to that website and shop.

I been buying from Venus since year 2016 and every item i have ever bought fit me perfectly. I would love for some of their old clothes to return back on the market.

I used to order dresses and swim suits for years frome Venus. This past year I had to send back 4 of the last 6 items because of very poor quality of item. They refused to pay for shipping return. I will NEVER order another item from Venus. Their clothes are such low grade quality now, and you looose money shipping to and from. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Y
