Sizes are way too small and you are on the hook for shipping! Costumer service is a joke they don't know what they are doing 🙄 I am out $100 and very disappointed! I will be paying to return it just for a refund now not a replacement and I will never purchase from this company again. I have spoken to Venus support over the phone as well as by email same answer! And very unhelpful/ unknowledgeable They kept putting me on hold to look up information and then coming back with nothing.I do not wish to deal with them anymore.It was frustrating and unsatisfying

All the clothing that I bought was great , I have not worn all of it yet, but it’s hanging and everything is fine! I have been buying from Venus for a very long time now and every time I wear something I got from Venus , I get a lot of compliments! Believe me , they have styles for not just young people, but they have some very classy styles for a 64 year old woman which I am! Keep up the good work, Venus!

I like Venus clothing
I like Venus clothing. I ordered 2 pair of pants both size 6. One fits perfect, the other is a little big. The tanks I bought didn't have a description. They are cropped and way too short for me. I'm not going to return anything. I may wear the tanks as camis under other tops.

I had an account with Venus fashion for 5 yrs and paid it all the time and I zero my account and did not use the card for about 3 months and they closed the account. I feel like the company is doing shady business and took the money I worked hard to pay this card. I will never open a Venus credit card and never do business with them again.

Have been a venus customer for 10+ years. A couple years ago, you could look in my closet and see mostly venus tags. Boy have times changed. Their clothing styles have gone way down hill and prices keep going up. Ever since they moved their warehouse from Florida to CA, it takes FOREVER to recieve a package! Very disappointed! You've lost a long time customer.

I purchased a swim tankini top. I paid to ship it, $6.95 and since I returned it, I had to pay another $6.95. I will not purchase from them again if I have to pay for a return. Basically, I gave them $15 for nothing. 😡

Love the forward fashions but sizing, returns & some items with really bad smell!
I love the cutting edge fashions at reasonable prices,even though I will not be wearing the bikinis that made Venus so popular as a company. :-) I am able to get orders from the company with very few ordering mistakes although lately I have received lots of duplicates that I am now gathering to return. One thing that makes this difficult is THERE IS NO PAPERWORK or receipt from which to work. At first I thought this was mistake but none of my recent orders have paperwork. I do not know why. The 2nd problem is that several items with plisse fabric from India (I think?) STINK. Yes, they do REALLY REEK/STINK, they smell so bad that washing doesn't help, storing in a bag of baking soda doesn't work, spraying with Fabreze or bathroom smell de-stink sprays don't work--even my Dry Cleaner couldn't get the STINK out. Sigh. So, I have returns to do and do not know how to do them. I guess I will make a list of the items and just mail to Venus in Jacksonville, FL, marked returns. Venus doesn't seem to use RMAs (Return Materials Authorization) either. Very mysterious. So, only order stuff you really might want to keep, is that it? One last thing, because Venus items are reasonably priced and usually fairly decent quality merchandise, that's good. However, sizing from apparently different countries is crazy. I sometimes have to return things because even though that is my usual size, it DOESN'T FIT. There is often no way to tell until you try something on and discover sizing is not going to work. Again, that makes for more returns. So, these 3 things are problems that make me think twice about biz with Venus even though most clothing, most of the time, is OK. Can you fix these things for your valued customers??
