Perfect short and jacket set!
Perfect short and jacket set!! I was looking for something elegant and not too SHORT. It seems like shorts and rompers are butt hugging for the 20s, & 30s age group. There are a lot of 40s and 50s age people that are in great shape and prefer a thigh area length.These are hard to find. Thank you Venus for carrying this style and length. I love the romper and it fits perfect. I've ordered a lot of clothes from Venus and have been very pleased with quality and style.

Terrible customer service
I used to love to order from venus but the new return policy is terrible! Each item is charged a fee to return with Happy Returns(not happy) after the return you can't go into your venus account and get any information if the item was received or your credit balance. It's terrible! If I finally get to use my credit it will be the last time I order from venus. I've sent an email to find out my balance and can't get a response from them.

Update I reached out to the email they asked me to and haven't heard back from Venus.

I really like shopping at Venus but the shipping takes FOREVER! You’d think by shipping UPS, it would be faster service. I live in two different states and it doesn’t matter where you are, it still takes waaay too long! Unacceptable!! Also I’ve read the other reviews about returns and that they charge the customer to send it back!! I’ve dealt with numerous other companies that automatically send you a return PAID label. Shame on you Venus!

Always shopped at Venus
I’ve been shopping on venus.com for many many years. I’m so glad that we are able to review items to help customers. a lot of the items look much different in person, so I’m not always satisfied with my order. Once in a while, they’ll run a great sale and that’s when I like to take advantage of ordering. I always loved their swimwear and accessories ,lots of styles and colors to choose from. Unfortunately, I feel the quality has gone down a bit, and the sizing has been way off
Just hope I don’t have to return because then it cost money to ship back.

I did like some of the stuff the one thing I noticed that when I order extra large you make your clothes wide but not long. So a shirt that I'm going to buy is going to be very wide and show the bottom of my belly which makes no sense to me because if I'm a large or I'm buying extra large I would expect the clothes to be a little longer you make them wide it really kind of looks ridiculous

I used to love their products but recently I’ve ordered two separate orders where the clothing sizes were way off. The quality subpar and the return policy was so bad. It was better to keep the items. I’m really sad to report this as they’ve always been a wonderful company in the past, but something has changed. I’m not sure what it is but yikes. 👎

Definitely do not recommend!
Do not order if you want your items in time for a trip. I ordered for my vacation and just got an email that my delivery is delayed and now expected to arrive while I am away. I called and to expedite I can pay 30 dollars! Unreal. Highly recommend you DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. First and last time for me.

Don’t care about Customers
Nice clothes but it seems like they don’t care about the customer, customer service is pretty bad. I received an unasked return/refund message in an important Xmas season order without any reason. I contacted customer service many times with no answer. I also had a chat, the only answer was carrier delivery issues which I never had before. I was still typing when the other person (Maria) abruptly finished the chat. I’m not going to be able to shop with confidence at Venus anymore also won’t recommend to anyone.

I requested a return
I requested a return, either money back or gift card. They did not want to assist. I reached out for over a month… no response. I got the Tweed Long Shacket in black, horrible quality and all buttons fell off the first time it was wore. I would expect that from shien, not Venus. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Company doesn't honor customers. Placed a order cancelled within seconds and contacted several times to cancel and they didn't honor it called and they wouldn't. Not very people friendly and rude.
