My order went through seamlessly, arrived in Canada quite quickly and had everything there in the correct sizes and of good quality. The prices were irresistible and I got some items I had really been wanting. I had no issues with the company or the items ordered.

I love the sales which the company puts out. The fact that the items are of excellent quality, fit true to size and are available in all sizes, make shopping easy. I live for the sale! I prefer the 75% off sale but any sale is a bargain.

Nice clothing, great quality most of the products I have bought are very nice with great fit and quality material there has been a couple items that were questionable but overall really good, the customer service is nice and helpful, returns are easy but I usually don’t return items

I have been buying clothes from Venus for over 20 years. Recently their quality has gone down. I bought a sweater dress, after wearing it twice the right sleeve completely unraveled from the dress. I called Venus and all I got was it’s not our policy to accept responsibility for poor quality, this must be your fault. This dress was $50! BUYER BEWARE! They quality is in the toilet and they don’t care.

Hoy he recibido el traje que pedí, que en nada se parece a lo que pedí. Era un traje de chaqueta con pantalón forrado según ponía de color lila. Pues me han enviado un traje azul oscuro, de una calidad y confección penosa, el pantalón con goma en la cintura y sin forrar, me queda un palmo por encima del tobillo, vamos que no me han quedado ganas de volver a pedir nada, me pareció una página seria y el traje se veía muy bonito, pues nada que ver con la realidad. Como mínimo deberían enviarlo en el color que has pedido. Me siento estafada totalmente. He escrito al correo que me enviaron el número de pedido. Espero me den una solución.

Am wearing the shoes as I type- still comfortable. Haven't worn out yet. So far so good.Box came a bit bent up but shoes ok. Boxes are needed on orders! Box still usable to store them in. Order on time.

Os hice el pedido de un vestido rojo talla S el día 23 de enero y me llega ayer 27 de enero un paquete con otro producto que no es el que yo pedí, es un mono negro bastante feo que no es de mi talla siquiera y pagué 47 euros por el , escribo al email que pone en la página y no contesta nadie y llamo a un teléfono de la auténtica moda Venus italiana con sede en España concretamente en Móstoles Madrid y me dicen que sois una tienda de moda china que les copiasteis el nombre y andáis estafando a la gente con el nombre de ellos .
Quiero que me recojáis este mono horrible y me mandéis mi vestido que para eso he pagado sino iré a consumo a poneros una denuncia. Gracias

I recently lost 40lbs and I've had a field day shopping with you. Everything I ordered fit except one dress, it was tight, mind you I have ordered over 20 items from you recently. I just placed my 3rd order in less than 2 weeks.
I love that you have a variety of sizes on most items and plenty of inventory, along with good pricing especially on the sale items. I really do not have any complaints, in opinion you are doing everything right.
