Venture Omdömen

I bought the first gen playpen and love it ! It’s so sturdy and it’s next day delivery ! Super happy with my purchase !

Awful experience. When i received my Aura stroller, I thought it looked great and cosmetically no issues. I binned the box and used my stroller outside like any normal person would? Upon using my stroller a couple of times, my 1 year old son had learned how to unclip himself from the flimsy harness clip. I emailed to ask if I could return the stroller if I supplied a box paid for out of my own pocket, and was advised that if I sent the stroller back without the original box, and because I had actually used the stroller which would show signs of “wear” that I was not entitled for my money back.

A 1 year old child should not be able to open a harness on a stroller and I should not be refused my own money back, because of an issue with their stroller. The advisor behind the email had absolutely no empathy what so ever in listening to my reasoning behind wanting my money back. Will not be ordering again and just a heads up to people wanting to purchase the stroller, the clip is flimsy.

Very quick to deliver and the customer service is great, I got exactly what I needed.

It’s such a sturdy play pen. Great for pulling themselves up to standing. Can be used indoors or out. Easily cleaned. So glad I purchased it

Super easy to put up, looks great and keeps my little one safe when i need to pop out the room.

Le parc avec les extensions est génial :)

I was sent the wrong panel, so I called them the lady that answered was such a diamond, was lovely on the phone and sent the right panel the next day which was so handy would definitely recommend this company

Clear description of product and easy to order on website, delivered quickly and in good condition. Easy to assemble product - it is sturdy and can be changed into different shapes and sizes. If it needed it be stored it doesn't take up much room.

Firstly I was amazed that I received my order 24 hours after ordering it. Also the stroller itself is lovely and sturdy. The seat unit is padded and looks comfortable, with the option of reclined positions. I love the large wheels, which are great for going over uneven paving or rougher terrain, and for a generally smooth ride. I love the basket - not only is it roomy, its so easy to get things in and out. Plus the stroller looks so stylish. I must admit I was anxious about ordering a new brand from a company I hadn't heard of before, but I decided to take a gamble and I'm so glad I did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

The play pen we ordered arrived the next day. It is of a high quality and the little one is enjoying it.

Amazing playpen, strong and sturdy and arrived less than 24 hours after purchasing! Perfect.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Great price out there for a playpen and came with so many great accessories. My little one absolutely loves it and has so much fun playing. Delivery was so quick too!

Saved me £30 and was here in no time especially at new year.
