Promised delivery in two working days but arrived after 11 days. Seller doesn’t respond at all. Shit service

Bought the Aura pushchair by Venture direct from there website and after having it for a week the brake has broken. Obviously this is not great for only having the item a week and it’s unsafe to but a baby in the pushchair when the brake doesn’t work. We’ve tried contacting them but have had no response at all. Very disappointed when it’s not a cheap item at all.

Excellent service and wonderful product
Venture UK were promot and extremely helpful when I sought their advice on a purchase and the product that has arrived is simply wonderful. Not only this, but the delivery was quick and easy despite us being located outside of the UK. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.

Great service
Great service. Delivered intact, on time, and pretty much as expected. It wasn't entirely clear when ordering that the playpen wasn't fully adaptable. I read that it's shape could be altered and reconfigured but you are limited by certain factors like the floor tile end-piece options. Also similar products have moveable/pivotable fixings and it wasn't clear in the description online that these were rigid. Having said that, the product is probably more durable for that. A video demonstrating how to put it together would have been helpful.

Not next day delivery
Ordered as said next day delivery. Took 5 days to arrive because of bank hol/ weekend but no communication to tell me that was the case. Would have been better ordering off Amazon but wanted to deal with the company direct. Will stick to Amazon for a better delivery service next time

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear your item arrived later than expected. Unfortunately although we dispatch items in time for next day delivery, once the parcel leaves our facility it is in the hands of the selected carrier. Factors such as bank holidays and public holidays can impact the length of time it takes for items to be delivered, and each carrier has different policies in regards to this. In such instances we always select the best carrier option for the customer to try and reduce the impact on delivery time.
As you point out our range is also available through Amazon, and when fulfilled by Amazon they can offer faster delivery in instances of public holidays.
However shopping with us directly allows us to exclusive discounts, offers and better support, so it's about weighing up those options.
Once again thank you for shopping with us and thank you for your feedback, we try to take everything on board and improve our services where possible.
Great dog gate and customer service
Great dog gate except that our Lurcher puppy, now adolescent chews it alot which is a challenge for any gate. Unfortunately no separate parts for the gates but given money off voucher as we'd got through 2 gates! Managed to modify the 2nd and keep it going quite a while. Fingers crossed the 3rd will last even longer.Best and easiest to use dog gate we've had and we've had quite a few with previous dogs
