This is boarderline scam! They cancel your tickets before departure and offer no support or refunds. They lie and send fake information.
I booked a two way flight from Dusseldorf to Damascus though Amman (Jordanian Airlines). They cancelled my tickets though the flight is still operating. They offered no alternatives. When it came to refund they said it is not their problem and that I have to contact the airlines. The airlines said it is not our problem you booked with Vayama so you deal with Vayama. I spent hours trying to talk to customer service. They are dismissive, the say sorry and thank me for my understanding without offering any real help.

AVOID at all costs.

They stole 530 Euro from me and there is no clear indication that I will ever see this money ever again. Do not fall for this scam. I will be seeking legal action with the EU authorities!

Vayama was the middle man between my family as the customers and Interjet Airline. Interjet stopped flights between USA and Mexico. Vayama as the my travel agent supposed to find a way to get reimbursed from Interjet or to find another flight to travel to Mexico. Unfortunately, Vayama did nothing to resolve the issue at all. I lost the money and was not able to travel. Will never use this site again.

Never book from a third party Website. My flight got cancelled due to Aer Lingus strike. They did not give me alternate options. I had to pay extra money from my pocket and got another ticket. For refund they kept on saying that they have filed a refund request. I contacted Airline after some time. Airline said there is no refund request from vayama. I contacted vayama again and they gave me a fake reference number for my refund request and said that my request has got cancelled by the Airline. I contacted Airline again. The airline again to confirm the reference number and airline said this not a valid number. This is terrible and unacceptable. This was my first and last experience with these scammers.

Omg horrible. Never ever again. They are a disaster along w their partner in crime Budget Air. Avoid them.

I am absolutely appalled and very angry about vayama - on their site they have a trustpilot four star graphic- this is not true.

The ticket indicated a 'transfer to another aircraft' not a150€ taxi across Osaka to another international airport.
No service post booking - avoid - as you must pay extra for bags and extra for seat selection - you are better off booking with a trusted air line directly.

Pésimo vendedor y servicio revenden vuelos baratos pero no actualizan los precios en la página después dicen que van a devolver la plata y rembolso pronto y no responden le negocio de ellos es quedarse con dinero descontar de la reserva y según por qué los precios aumentaron pésima

Avoid. They are upselling relentlessly as you book and most of what they charge you for is misleadingly described with many qualifications. Its creepy.

They do not disclose that they will charge you $60-100 to cancel a flight even if you are within 24 hours of the booking. Use Expedia. They do not charge you if you cancel within 24 hours. The airline charges nothing so why does Vayama charge a fee? This is completely unjustified. What service did they provide more than what you can get from the airline directly or expedia to justify $60 when the airline charges $0?
Their model is to lure you with a slightly cheaper fare but sell other useless services.

I have been trying to get a refund for a flight purchase for 4 months. The only thing they do is give me pause and increasingly give me a longer response time. Due to their lack of competence I will lose my money duly justified by a force majeure such as a health problem. I will never buy through them again.

Avoid this company. I bought the ticket well in advance but for the second time, they are trying to change the trip schedule.
They want me to fly one day earlier on my return from Brazil having to stay for one night in Sao Paulo before the long-haul flight. UNACCEPTABLE.
After many emails the only response I get is that nothing can be done, and if I am not happy with the change I should cancel and get the refund. The problem is the same ticket will cost 50% more if I need to buy it again.
After a quick search, there is a flight that I could be put in with my family if the change is really necessary, but Vayama is also refusing to do it.

I agree with others. This is a fraud company. They cancelled my ticket because of a typo. Then my girlfriend tried to buy the ticket. They took half the money and refused to allow her to pay the rest for the reservation. Now I am hoping to see at least my money back but it may well disappear forever. Do NOT use at any cost. You have been warned.

En un par de ocasiones, había hecho reservas con esta aerolínea y cero lío pero recientemente hice 2 reservas distintas con ellos porque al momento de la compra decía incluir los equipajes de mano (ojo, equipaje de mano + artículo personal). CUando llegaron los billetes revisé en la aerolínea pero vi que no incluía equipajes por lo que volví a la página y los veía ahí pero aún así contacté al chat que es un PÉSIMO boot y me confirmaba lo que yo había comprado. Oh sorpresa en el aeropuerto que no estaban incluidos y me tocó pagar. Volví al chat pero el mismo boot de siempre, 0 contacto humano. He puesto varias quejas pero dicen que es la aerolínea la que decide qué se puede llevar y qué no, cuando es obvio que es información falsa lo que compras.

Hice una compra en 2024, con mucha incertidumbre por tantos comentarios negativos acerca de Vayama, sin embargo, me arriesgue y compre mi tiquete, inmediatamente me llego el billete electrónico y número de reserva con la aerolínea. En ese momento dije todo esta bien porque la mayoría de comentarios son que nunca les llegaban estos documentos, aun así decidí llamar a la aerolínea para confirmar la reserva, en mi primera instancia no encontraron ese numero de reserva por lo que me asuste pero cuando le di en numero de billete electrónico lo encontraron y era verídico, el agente de avianca me dio mi numero de reserva correcto y me envió los Etickets de parte de avianca para super confirmarlo. Leí en muchas paginas acerca de este intermediario y se que hay personas en Colombia que por correo electrónico si lograron su reembolso total. EN opinión personal y por mi investigación, para Sur America solo es recomendable en Colombia. De mi parte, no se si fue un buen manejo o hasta suerte, pero me fue bien, lo actualizare el día de mi viaje.

Hola buena tarde el día 19 de enero realicé una compra de Tiquetes de Armenia a Barranquilla y al finalizar el proceso me llegó un mensaje de pago rechazado, pero el dinero fue descontado de mi tarjeta; volvi a realizar el proceso de compra de nuevo con otra tarjeta y no me apareció ni el mensaje, ni al correo nunca me llegó nada y también fue descontado el dinero, he tratado de comunicarme con ellos y no es posible porq no hay un número y es pésimo la atención por taboo porq no da una solución, quisiera saber cómo es posible comunicarse directamente con ellos ya sea con un asesor directo o por medio de correo. Alguien que me ayude en este proceso se lo agradezco.

Compré vuelos para 2 pasajeros confiando en el servicio y un día antes al hacer check in me doy cuenta que la reservación es sólo para un pasajero, su chatbot es un asco y cuesta mucho hablar con un asesor que además no resuelve nada, tuve que hablar directo a la aerolinea para resolver mi problema y me comentaron que han tenido muchas quejas de la misma agencia. Por ahorrar algo de dinero perdí mucho tiempo y dinero resolviendo ese problema que pude no tener comprando boletos en otro lado. Les recomiendo ahorrarse las molestias y no comprar aquí.

No compren vuelos con esta agencia, compré mi boleto el 14 de diciembre y me mandaron correo indicando que mi compra no se había podido realizar porque la aerolínea había cambiado el precio, pero si me hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta. Quedaron en realizar el reembolso en un período de 5 a 10 días, envíe correo para preguntar sobre el reembolso y me dijeron que no pueden acelerar el proceso porque es cuestión del banco, nuevamente pregunté sobre el estado y me pospusieron nuevamente la fecha del trámite de reembolso al 2 de enero y la única explicación que dan es que no pueden hacer nada porque ya es trámite externo a ellos. Las respuestas del correo son automáticas y no me resuelven mis dudas. Y ahora quieren que yo lo resuelva con mi banco, además de que debo absorber un pago que no debería.

El pasado 10 de diciembre , realice una compra de un vuelo de tampico hacia montreal por medio de skyscanner con la agencia de Vayama, el cual se me cargo el cobro a mi tarjeta descontandome mi dinero, pero no se compro ningun vuelo, en la pagina de VAYAMA me aparecio el mensaje siguiente "PAGO RECHAZADO, LO SENTIMOS NO HEMOS PODIDO PROCESAR TU PAGO , POR LO QUE TU RESERVA NO SE HA COMPLETADO. SI SE HA RETENIDO ALGUN IMPORTE DURANTE ESTE PROCESO, TEN POR SEGURO QUE VOLVERA A ESTAR DISPONIBLE EN 2-3 DIAS LABORALES".

Los cuales ya paso mucho tiempo y sigo sin ver reflejado este de la cantidad de $6451.
Necesito una solucion a este problema, porque ya no es cuestion del banco.

Esta agencia, no cuenta con ningun contacto de servicio al cliente para poder tener una aclaracion y el chat no tiene para mas opciones.

compre un tiquete de Medellín a España a mediados de Agosto, cuando pague simplemente se salió de la pantalla, no me llego eticket, nada, lo que si me llego fue el mensaje del banco del respectivo cobro. Me llegó luego un mensaje a mi correo que no se pudo hacer la compra pero que el dinero del tiquete me será devuelto; aún el dinero no me lo han devuelto. me estafaron completamente
