Buyer Beware if You're Buying Online
I am leaving this review based on my documented experience with Vapor Shark and Order #1004.
I paid $42.17 for two WYN Nicotine Pouches 5-packs, which should have totaled ten cans. When the package arrived, it contained only two individual cans.
I made repeated attempts to resolve this directly with the company. I sent multiple emails, attempted to call, followed their published procedures, and provided photographs, order documentation, tracking information, and screenshots of their policies.
This was not buyer’s remorse or a routine return. I paid for ten cans and received two. Despite giving the company multiple opportunities to correct the fulfillment problem, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
I have preserved the complete record of the transaction, including the order confirmation, correspondence, delivery information, photographs of the unopened and opened package, and documentation of my attempts to resolve the matter.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Vapor Shark online.
