Green Society, ya’ll really need to do better, I been doing business with you for about 4 years, never have I had to select a mail preference. It’s always been express post. Now you got an option for regular mail preference. I’m so pissed off at you for that, I didn’t select nothing like I usually order, and got screwed. I ordered on August 31st, and still haven’t received anything. Ya’ll need to take that option away, don’t try to fix things that are not broken. Good customer service is essential. I even contacted customer support and she acted like it was normal. Do business better

Although i haven't ordered in a mn..I placed order this week and everything went smoothly..they even added a little extra..smells good‼️order already here‼️im even happier.sometimes a surprise with yr order..therefore can't let them go as a company. 👌

Terrible customer service i ordered a vape from them they showed them it was leaking bad i lost almost half the oil and there response was thank you ... didnt even try to help in anyway

Two out of three orders in 2025 were incorrect, one of which cost me $70. They have great products, but their service has gone downhill.
