This is my second order that has gone…
This is my second order that has gone wrong royal mail have delivered to wrong address abbot road instead of abbot close. Vapesuite are basically saying royal mail have delivered to the correct address but when you go on proof of delivery it shows a white door for number 6 which I know is in Abbot road my door is grey 6 abbot close. But they have been paid and I have no vapes and they won't send replacement customer service is a nightmare to deal with they just don't understand so I'm left out of pocket worst customer service ever.

Website easy to use , delivery service excellent , also they messaged me to advise they had no stock on one of my purchases and if it was ok by me they would make my order up with another of my choices.

No one is responding to calls or emails or WhatsApp
They promise to post same day the orders place before 4pm. It's 4 days ignoring me.

Awful Experience
I ordered my monthly supply, however it has not been shipped, and it is literally impossible to get any answers from any customer service channel. The stores say that the online business is separate and they cannot offer any support regarding online shopping, and the online customer service does not respond at all. I had no choice but to initiate a card chargeback to attempt to recover my money.
