9 months still no refund.
I'd used them for years so I placed an order June 2025 part of which wasn't in stock. I said I'd wait, it never came back into stock. Since then I've been 'chatting' with them on WhatsApp, have emailed, and yet despite yet another promise to "look into it" three days ago still no response. I have no option other than to give them a poor review. They haven't offered any options, and certainly haven't agreed to refunding me my £98! They used to be so good I don't know what's gone wrong. If they'd like to refund me I'll change my review but I won't hold my breath.

Best in every sort of way, doing business with them since maybe an year but providing good quality of service. compared to vsl 1000 times better in way of communication and followup as we have very bad experience with some other online suppliers e.g (VSL no communication no followup nothing)

I have used this company 10+ times for large orders. 9 out of 10 have arrived next day one was 2 days. Always spot on with the orders. Answered questions on WhatsApp. All in all 5 stars.
