Thieves and Robbers !!
I've only given 1 star, and shouldn't have given that. This company have taken my payment of £50.00, I have emailed them at least 6 times now asking where my order is, or to refund my money. I have not had one single reply from VapeArea - (apart from advising me about Eid celebration)

Good service, good communication with the seller, the products I received were not what I ordered but what I received is probably better than what I ordered.

Shocking service just scamming.
Awful service and crooks, refuse a refund after package not delivered for 3 weeks as they ran out of stock, refuse a refund absolutely shocking as a returning customer. Stay well clear of these lot!

Unfortunately this Company let's you order and pay for items which they do not have in stock. You'll then receive a phone call explaining this and offering you others vapes, flavours and free items for the 'inconvenience'. Paying for Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery does absolutely nothing, it's been over a week since I placed my order and have now requested a refund for the second time. There's a reason they are the only ones selling certain popular vapes that are sold out elsewhere and that's because they don't actually have the items. It's a scam to get you to purchase from them so they can then fob you off with other products as they have already taken your money which comes out the day you purchase.
Nearly a month later and I've still not received my order or a refund despite numerous calls, texts and emails.

Free delivery as I spent over a certain amount. Ordered on the Monday, but still no delivery by Thursday!, so emailed the company to explain I hadn't recieved my order. They were very apologetic and explained they were having trouble with their couriers. The company sorted it out quickly, and by Friday morning EVRI had delivered my order. Thank you.definitely order from these guys again 😊.

Put in order had to do numerous emails as still waiting up to 5 days later had email reply apologising for the delivery and in email said because of inconvenience they had put in a free gift when order eventually arrived nothing at all extra in box this company is a no go for me now not only do they not deliver on time but they are now telling customers total lies to keep them quiet absolutely shocking will definitely not use them again this is a review to tell other customers to stay well clear of them as they are lying not delivering on time and trying to get them to communicate back us very very slow

If I could rate this company zero I would. Absolutely appalling service, take your money, pay for next day delivery Royal Mail 24 delivery within 1-2 days and your item is not even posted 4 days later, no communication regarding delay of order, tried calling mobile and landline no answer, text on WhatsApp no reply even though online. Absolutely shocking company. Take your money for quick delivery and do not deliver this promise.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pay extra else where and get your items on time…

Fantastic Vape Wholesalers, they have such a wide range of vapes from disposable to pods and even vape kits, Vape Area has you covered, and when they say next working day delivery they mean it, I always have a great customer service, I have them on WhatsApp and I’m always getting messages about re stocks and discount codes. I have been using them for a while now and they are amazing.

I gave 1 star because I can't give 0. Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order with this UK vape company THREE WEEKS AGO and I'm still waiting. Not only have I not received my goods, but they've also refused to issue a refund despite numerous attempts to contact them. Each time, I'm met with a barrage of pathetic excuses and empty promises.
They've strung me along, repeatedly postponing any resolution. It's clear they have no intention of either fulfilling my order or returning my money. This company is utterly dodgy. They are clearly incompetent, if not outright fraudulent.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. There are countless other reputable vape suppliers in the UK who offer professional, honest, and efficient service with decent customer support. These guys are nothing but crooks. Steer clear.
